CTL Weekly 07.19

It feels like it’s time for a summer check-in. How is yours going? Are you traveling? Taking it easy? Is it hot where you are?

My July highlights have included peak farmstand corn and tomatoes and watching Presumed Innocent where the episodes drop weekly so no binging! Tom and I have thoughts about this series compared to the 1990 movie, but we also can’t quit watching.

The New York Times recently released its list of the 100 best books of the 20th Century. I was curious about the list but what was really interesting to me were the top 10 lists put together by various authors and other bookish people. Also, this list of the readers’ favorites.

These classic tennis shoes (I have the white/collegiate navy combo) are my travel go-to. I’ve worn them all over Washington D.C. and Chicago and will be packing them for Boston soon. They have plenty of arch support for me and are 30% off right now.
