Prime Day Favorites

As you probably know today and tomorrow are Amazon Prime Days so I pulled together some of my favorite Amazon purchases that are currently Prime Day Deals. There are categories for Home and Books, and I’ve included a few baby items at the end.

Note: Creating This Life posts sometimes contain affiliate links, which means if you click through and make a purchase, I earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

House & Home

My favorite green block print tablecloth is 20% off. There are other colors and patterns too.

This appears to be the same bamboo flatware that I use all the time (see here, here, and here), only at a much better price even before the Prime Days discount. Don’t forget to check the box for the extra 5% coupon.

Lodge enameled cast iron Dutch ovens get really high marks and are much more affordable than some of their pricier competitors. I have two of these, including the 6 qt. size in oyster white. This 7.5 qt. Dutch oven and 3.6 qt. casserole are also Prime Day deals.

Ina’s cookbooks are always a good idea and her Go-To Dinners is 50% off.

This Cuisinart air fryer and toaster and convection oven combo is the compact size of the one I have. I like how smart these look sitting on the countertop but this one is small enough you could pull it out when you wanted to use it.

Here are a few more of my favorites on sale:

The amber soap dispenser bottles I love are 36% off.

The takeout boxes I keep on hand to send leftovers home with people are 20% off. I’m stocking up for the holidays.

Our clear, stackable shoe storage boxes (or shoe garages as Tom calls them) are 42% off.

The tabletop firepit we use on our covered deck at the lake. We even use it to roast marshmallows for s’mores.

Books & Reading

Kindle Paperwhite

I was in the habit of reading ebooks on the Kindle app on my iPad when last year someone at book club mentioned how much better for your eyes it is to read on an e-reader. I looked into it and she was right so I grabbed a new Kindle Paperwhite ($15 off for Prime Days) and started using it.

All of these are books I’ve read and recommend. Clicking or tapping on the cover of the book will take you to Amazon

Baby Favorites

Finally, for those of you who have babies in your life, three of the things I bought to have at my house for Madeline are part of Prime Days: a portable white noise machine (50% off), a video baby monitor (50% off), and Dr. Brown’s bottle warmer (29% off). We also bought her this splash mat that we used when she spent the weekend with us and then we sent it home with her. She loved it!
